  • Can I host these mobile websites in my server?

    Yes, once you get the files, you're free to edit and upload them to your server. If you prefer, you can use our Content Management System, which is a solution hosted on our servers.

  • Are these mobile website templates SEO friendly?

    Yes, the HTML code in our templates contains all the necessary elements for a correct search engine indexation.

  • What software will I need to add content to your templates?

    1. You can use any HTML editor to edit the content on the template you downloaded.

    2. Our templates integrated with Wordpress (the most popular Content Management System) are available in our store (we can make them run either on your server or ours) to allow you to easily edit content on your mobile website.

  • Do you provide with customer support?

    Yes, customer support via email is available.

  • Will these templates automatically adjust to the user mobile device width?

    Yes. Our templates have been designed and developed to automatically stretch to fit the user's screen width.

  • How are my users going to find my mobile website from my main website?

    We can provide you with a code that automatically redirects your mobile users from your main website to your mobile website, or you can place a link 'Mobile Version' in a visible spot of your main website header.

  • Are these Flash Lite websites?

    No. These are HTML websites designed and coded to be compatible with the MOST popular mobile devices. Flash Lite is only compatible with some platforms.

  • Once I buy one of your templates, will I be able to edit colors, backgrounds, design?

    Yes, you're free to edit the CSS (we made an easy to read and edit CSS file for you!) and change colors, fonts, etc.

  • How much do you charge to design a custom mobile website?

    Please continue to our custom mobile website request page to receive a proposal from us.

  • Do we need a new URL for a mobile website? Or can the current ('desktop') website redirect to the mobile version automatically?

    You can automatically redirect mobile users to a subdomain (example: m.domain.com) or folder (example: domain.com/mobile), using our FREE desktop-to-mobile redirect script, or another domain, (example: domain.mobi)

  • Does the mobile site need to be hosted with MoveToDotMobi or can I use my own current hosting?

    Either. We can host your mobile website, or you can host the site on your server.

  • We're planning on purchasing multiple templates for various websites. Do you offer a discount program for advertising agencies / resellers, etc?
